Necklaces, Butterflies, Hearts and Doilies

Mica's Il Chiacchierino doily is finally finished and it looks lovely. Linda has been using the Shuttle Brother's book "Tatting the Self-Closing Mock Ring for GR-8 Design" and making great progress until the thread broke. The thread is Lizbeth #110 Desert Bloom size 20.

Charlotte tatted snowflake number 4 from Lene Bjorn's 24 Snowflakes in Tatting made with Flora thread.
Kelly converted a bookmark into a bracelet by using DMC nylon thread and adding hook and eyes for closure.
Steph discovered these tatting look clocks on Etsy.

Wanda is working on coaster's for her daughter's birthday.


Kathy added the star which is a smaller version of the “star-from-edging” pattern featured on her February 27 post, based on Edging No. 12, Ann Orr’s Classic Tatting Patterns and a flag pin for a very patriotic candle.
Jeanne has completed the tatted letters for the wedding party along with the beaded flowers for the ends of the bouquet ribbons and some experimental flowers to be used in the bouquets.
Nita has just finished this spectacular doily with 3 dimensional roses tatted around the perimeter. It's made in size 80 DMC Cordonet.
Ellen has another adorable paperclip bookmark tatted with wire.
Anne has knitted a lovely lace scarf with an exquisite tatted edging.Bev has been on holidays and managed to sustain an injury that kept her in bed a good part of the time. Here is "Butterfly Kisses" with pearls. Tatted with a softer Valdani thread for the body in green and Lavender Orchid HDT for the wings, designed by Inga Maden.
Heather received a surprise package in the mail, some lovely snowflakes sent from Jon. She has some earrings ready to go into her shop. After 7 hours she completed "pink for link" in tatting. Her latest UFO became this beaded necklace.




Jeff tatted a bright red maple leaf for Canada Day. O Canada, our home and native land...

Joy is working on another butterfly for her quilt.


Sherry is finally back in her own home awaiting her furniture and doing some remodeling but she found time to do a tutorial on adding beads to your tatting.



TattingChic received a lovely package from Pamela,a beautiful pink beaded heart made
of her beautiful hand tatted lace. Susanne of Dantatter's Nook sent her this adorable bookmark.


Wally has been tatting "Duchess" from Marilee's book "Boutique Tatting" but she had to modify the design slightly because she didn't have enough beads.
